Steven Cutter has over 40 years of experience in healthcare facility management. He has a master’s degree in management from the Franklin Peirce University, and is an ASHE – Certified Healthcare Facility Manager and an ASHRAE – Healthcare Facility Design Professional. Mr. Cutter is a member of the ASHRAE Std. 188/Guideline 12 Committee (management of waterborne pathogens) and the 2018 FGI Healthcare Guidelines Revisions Committee. He is faculty for the American Society for Healthcare Engineering in the area of Managing Infection Prevention During the Construction and Operation of Healthcare Facilities and Health Care Water Systems and Management of Waterborne Pathogens Program. Mr. Cutter has a broad range of experience in both healthcare facilities management as well as in construction and renovation activities.
